Returns & Exchanges
Please return the unused items for a refund or exchange unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the invoice along with the unused product with your return. Returned items cannot show evidence of use or wear. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. If there are marks, or any reason to believe the item was used, there is a 15% usage fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost if item is returned other then damaged.
For a refund, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For exchanges, please allow 5 to 10 business days to process the exchange and ship new item(s). The difference in price of the exchanged items from original order will either be credited/charged to your credit card. Additional shipping charges will be added for the new/exchanged items(s) sent.
